  Attended the festival of lights for the first time. Unfortunately, it was not as interesting as we had imagined. Relatively long drive and few highlights.

  We were so excited to book this tour mostly based on the fact that the information portion when we booked stated the max number of people per boat would be 45. We counted at least 65 people On our boat. My husband and I got there early so that we could pick a desirable seat. But when we got on they were seating people and you had no choice on where to sit. My husband and I were both on the side of the table with our backs to the front of the boat. Meaning neither one of us could enjoy the light artwork. We sat at a small table facing strangers. We were so disappointed mostly because we trusted the other reviews on this site and feel that they were not accurate and the pictures on the post of people casually sitting with plenty of room is also very inaccurate. The workers were amazing and the tour guide was energetic and entertaining. If it wasn’t for them, I would have only given one star.

  We purposely booked this tour because it said the boat would be heated and would have a toilet on board. It had neither, so we were frozen (despite dressing properly), and one of my family members was quite uncomfortable because they couldn’t use a washroom the entire time. It also stated there would be a snack and drinks included, but no snack was provided and they charged for the drinks. An absolute rip off and miserable experience.

  This experience is extremely misleading in how it is sold: - “just nine people makes for a small, intimate group” - there were over 60 people on the boat - 1:15 length - it was over 1:45 - unlimited drinks and snacks. The snacks were extremely limited It was also extremely chaotic trying to queue and find the right boat. I do not recommend this experience. The hosts were great, despite having to shout as the microphone was broken.

  Easy to find, very informative crew, a pleasant was to open an hour whilst being educated about the city of Amsterdam and its history

  Joined trip to have a cruise around Amsterdam from the water, our local Skipper Roberto, and crew Dimitru were able to give us a bit of an insight and a laugh as we motored around the canal in the fading light. Just enough chat to inform and entertain.

  10/10 cruise with Jeroen, Yannick and Su! Very friendly, great stories and most of all funny! Had a fantastic evening cruise with them and would recommend to everyone
