A fairly big step has to be made into the boat. Our stewards will assist you with this.

When a lot of rain is predicted, we will run with covers. This will impact the visibility, but keep our socks dry! If you did your tour in pouring rain, you can use your ticket again in dry weather (or get a refund)

Anne Frank House
Our tour will start in front of the Anne Frank House on the Prinsengracht 263 Amsterdam. After the 1-hour luxurious cruise, you will stop at the same location.
The Jordaan
The most common theory on the origin of the name is as a derivation of the French word Jardin, meaning garden: most streets and canals in the Jordaan are named after trees and flowers. Another theory is that the Prinsengracht canal was once nicknamed Jordaan (the Dutch name for the river Jordan) and that the neighborhood beyond the canal came to be called this as well. Our Flagship canal tour will start and end here in the Jordaan.

3.00The tour definitely wasn’t as advertised but was fun nonetheless. It was rainy and the boat was fully covered other than some foggy windows, so not many sights could be seen and it wasn’t much of a tour. There was definitely unlimited bubbles, and drinks of other kinds! The bites were good as well. The tour guide and boat driver were great sports, especially considering the bad weather. If you’re expecting a “romantic boat cruise”, this definitely isn’t it but it can be fun if you’re willing to get cozy with other people and drink lots.

1.00I’m not sure if we got put on the wrong boat, but we did not have bubbles and bites. We had wine and cheese and it was not romantic at all. We were on a boat with a bunch of college students who were celebrating a birthday and wanting to drink, could not see any sites because the boat was overcrowded and the girls running the boat in the bar just made a comment that they don’t sell the tickets so they can’t help the overcrowding. The boat looks nothing like the boat in the picture we drink out of plastic cups, not champagne glasses! They had a lot of people to have to refill cups for so it wasn’t really all you can drink. I have asked for a refund from Viator!

3.00The time was okay. They said romantic bubbly well it was not just couples but kids as well and only six of the 25 on the ship had the bubbly. It just wasn't as published

3.00We had a good time on board. The boat was lovely and the host guides were fantastic. It’s very worth doing! Our only disappointment was that we paid for the ‘luxury cruise with bubbles & bites’ for two of us (for a special birthday) and checked with numerous staff before getting on the boat but there was no Prosecco at all and the bites were just two types of cheese. We paid for a luxury cruise but seemed to be grouped together (not so romantically) with a huge group including families with toddlers. There was no room to move and we were squashed in with no tables. It was nothing like the pictures that were advertised. Had I known, I would have booked the cheaper cruise and saved some money.

5.00The tour was incredible, the experience, cheese and appetizers, prosecco, everything perfect, in addition to the amazing view from the canals, the tourist guide Lavinia made the difference with her entusiasmn, jokes and knowledge about the city! We truly recommend!
Somewhat disappointing.....not what was advertised online.

3.00We booked this trip to celebrate my husband's birthday. There are so many canal tours the idea of "a romantic canal cruise through Amsterdam's charming waterways while enjoying endless glasses of bubbly with delicious bites' seemed perfect. Along with the website photos and description of a luxury saloon boat with individual tables for couples to share their bubbles and bites, I readily booked our trip online. The trip we received did not match the glossy photos you see online (there was no luxury boat with individual circular tables and no endless glasses of bubbly). In fact due to the different colour wristbands on board and the much bigger group on board I think 2 tours were merged. The young guide was humorous and informative but I do feel somewhat disappointed as we did not get what we had paid for, it certianly wasn't the birthday celebration I expected for my husband.

2.00Promised a boat with max 30 people, bites and bubbles. Was a huge boat of +/-75, understaffed, no bubbles, bites were disappointing. One star extra for superfriendly staff that felt guilty for the lousy treatment and false promises
