2.00Fantastic facility but our guided tour was cancelled less than 24 hours given. We were in a chat session trying to arrange a refund but that chat session has vanished…so currently we have no refund and we had to do the self-guided version, which was still pretty good, but not we paid for, and no refund has been processed. We would very much appreciate Viator to reach out and make this right.
Not bad if you have time to do it on your own.

1.00Bad experience , no tickets ever sent and after arrival to the museum, we were refused to enter which shocked us and let us to miss this experience. Bad experience with this tour.

1.00I never received our tickets , audio guide and any instructions. Spent about 25 minutes on phone line explaining my situation, and at the end was refused to enter the museum , do not know why. The reservation is very clear with the date and time. Still waiting for a full refund as we reported this company.

1.00We booked guided tour but the guide never showed up. We spoke with the tour operator and offered us an alternative with audio guide, but we were refused at the entry as the tickets was already scanned by someone else. Waiting for a full refund and would never ever book with this operator.

1.00We missed our tour as we never received our tickets, tried to reach this tour operator number of times but never got a respond. I strongly recommend to not book this tour as you will never make it to the musuem.

1.00We never received our tickets, despite multiple messages to the operator. As a result, we couldn’t enter the Van Gogh Museum at all.For the price, this was extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t book this tour again.
Use Viator only as last resort.

4.00I gave it s 4 instead of 5 stars because it says " guided or audio tour" There was no guided tour. It sounded like if we waited for a specific time later in the day we could have a guided tour. The audio tour was perfect, however. We were happy that it worked out because the museum got very crowded by the time we were finished. Get there early.
