Dive into the art of artisan bread baking in Phoenix, hosted through Cozymeal. Limited to 4 guests in-studio, this intimate workshop guides you step by step in preparing enriched yeasted doughs.
The menu you will prepare includes:
- Enriched yeasted dough for versatile breads
- Pull-apart pesto star bread filled with sunflower seed pesto and Pecorino Romano
- Black and white seed braided bread topped with sesame and poppy seeds
- Sunflower seed pesto for dipping or spreading
You’ll learn kneading, shaping, and filling techniques while gaining confidence to recreate these breads at home. Guests are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy as they bake and share their creations in this 2-hour class.

In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn to prepare enriched yeasted doughs and create visually stunning breads perfect for any occasion. The menu you will prepare includes: - Starter: Enriched yeasted dough — soft, versatile dough perfect for sweet or savory breads - Main Course: Pull-apart pesto star bread filled with housemade sunflower seed pesto - Main Course 2: Black & white seed braided bread, finished with poppy, black and white sesame seeds Guests are encouraged to enjoy their creations during class and take any extras home. Wine and beer are welcome to enjoy during the session.
