  He goes above and beyond to fine the lights! We went during regular/ low activity night yet still he stopped almost 3 places and immediately took pur pictures! He is still working on making the experience even more better by building a cabin and stuff ! But you will be bored while waiting for the lights as thats what chasing Aurora need! Be patient!

  The lights started out strong! We had a couple of hours with not much action. We were headed back to town and at that time the lights decided to appear.. the driver pulled over and got some nice pictures along the road. All n all great night.

  We didn't really see the lights on this tour, just a bit of a faint glow. It was a cloudy night, so no fault of the tour guide. I do felt he tried really hard - relocating multiple times trying to find a place where we could see them better. However, I feel that communication was not good - it would have been nice to know what he was seeing on the forecast, where we were going next, etc. There was very little communication at all - even when we started driving back to the hotels for drop off, there was no announcement that we were done for the night. He also seemed very distracted as a driver which made me very nervous. Sitting in the front row of the van, i could tell that he was frequently looking at his phone and drifting into the other lane of traffic. We took a tour with a different company the night before, and the difference was quite noticeable with communication and professionalism.

  We were picked up, then taken to an area north of Fairbanks to see the northern lights. Pictures were taken and then sent to us afterwards.

  I appreciate the driver’s attempt to find the lights. He was very dedicated. The tour was cut short to about 3 hours long and we saw little lights due to cloud. The three stars is for the value of the tour. Even if we saw more lights there wasn’t any guides or backgrounds being explained. Just sitting in silence looking for lights. No water was provided.
