The original reservation time was for 12:30PM but we received a notice that the pick up was moved to 1:30PM. Honestly this worked out for us and glad we didn't book other tours after this tour. The driver she was very sweet, safe driver. Dog sled was activity was located in most random open area but felt safe, with nature surrounding. The guys guiding the sled was very gentle and informative about the dogs and its breed. Mia was my favorite (shes not a sleigh dog) but joined the run. She was a resuce and just watching her run with all that freedom makes me soo happy for her. My mother who is turning 70 this year sat comfortable and enjoyed the run. The sled speed was much slower than i imagined which, i felt safe for my mother. (I personally love speed and adrenaline so slightly disappointed) but regardless of the speed the dogs did their absolute amazing job. Just for any future riders, if the wind and snow kicks in its pretty brutal. have eye glasses and face cover. At the end you get to mingle with the dogs. You gotta give each and one of them the love they deserve and watch out for the the frozen slobber :) Lastly but not least, thank you for taking our photos. These will forever be treasured Totally recommend these people for all ages.

My favorite parts about this tour were its pick up/drop off service at the hotel we were staying AND the professional photography with beautiful photos of us during the dog sledding session. The communication before and after the tour was seamless; the operator emailed AND texted me about the tour schedule/detailed information that we could pay attention to in advance, and they also updated pick up time if there was any change, and after the tour, they provided the OneDrive link very quickly (despite telling us they might need 3 days to get a link) for us to download the photos they took, which turned out to be extremely stunning and of high quality. I initially thought the tour would be 2.5 hours as stated on the page, but later realized that included estimated time for waiting for your dog-sledding turn and any possible delays during the tour due to weather, almost fully-booked schedule, or dogs. The actual dog sledding was around 20-30 minutes, but with the amazing hotel transport, professional photography service, and the chance to pet (and hug) the energetic/super cute sled dogs afterwards, I couldn’t recommend this tour enough. Thank you to the wonderful tour operator, David the photographer/driver, the mushers, and of course, the well-behaved dogs, for the incredible experience!

This was an ok experience, not a $200 experience but closer to $100 experience. They promote their dogs to be mostly big Siberian huskies on their website but in reality they were sled dogs like everyone else. We were dropped off somewhere outside with no restrooms. So it's more like get it done and get out kind of play. The staff was nice, our musher was amazing and took some great photos for us. We got love love for them, we got love for the dogs we ride with, just not a premium experience who were expecting with that price tag.

Our dog sledding day tour was absolutely incredible! What truly stood out was how much our rider Jake genuinely loves and cares for each dog. He knew all their names, gave them individual attention, and treated them with such kindness. Our guide David was also fantastic—very knowledgeable and professional. It’s clear the whole team operates with great respect and passion for the dogs. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Was fun but I expected it to be longer than 30 minutes total time was about an hour and a half including pick and delivery. Other than that it was amazing. Our guide was great at giving us an enjoyable experience.

Joy picked us up and brought us back to our hotel. She was prompt and was very engaging during both rides. Due to recent snow events the mushers let us know they were using a substitute trail because they had not been able to groom the usual trails. The trail we took was next to the Chena river and just did not have the same ambience as trekking through a wooded trail. That said, our musher was fun to chat with during our side and gave us a lot of general information. All in all, we had good experience and would consider using this proprietor again.

Let me start saying that dogs on our tour get 10 stars. They were fabulous, excited and pull sleds with all the power and enthusiasm. After our run we got to snuggle and pet on many of them with so much fun. It was wonderful to be picked up and dropped back to our hotel. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because for unknown to us problem, musher was running little late and told us that he had to borrow the second sled. Sled was pretty much frozen and the skirt which was a thick leather was completely frozen (not able to be folded over our legs), and what was more difficult was sitting on the frozen iced bottom. We did came prepared for cold and temp went up a little from days before so that didn’t break our fun. Everyone was super friendly and apologetic about this situation. Fresh snow and sun coming up over frozen forest made this trip super scenic. I think we ended up running a little longer too there was some confusion when the leader dog decided to turn on dime to go back :)

My son and I enjoyed getting to meet and see the dogs while they were getting harnessed onto the dog sled. Cole was our musher. He was great and told us all about the dogs during our ride. Jake (the owner)was very nice & took pictures of us in the sled with my phone when we had to stop on the trail. Make sure to dress warm and have some kind of face covering. After our ride we were able to pet the dogs. They were very friendly. Daniel was our photographer and he took some nice pictures for us.

The experience was good, but with about 2:30h delay, the tour is cool, the landscape is wonderful and the staff very kind! The photos that are included in the package unfortunately we did not receive, yet good that we took some photos there with our cell phones to keep it from memory!
