4.00The Chena Hot Springs experience is truly enjoyable, with the hot water offering great relaxation. My only disappointment was not witnessing the Northern Lights during that trip.

5.00Awesome tour. Kevin is a great tour guide , very knowledgeable , and a very safe driver as well. Highly recommend the tour. The hot springs were very therapeutic ( both ice bath and hot bath in one Lol ) and Kevin also stopped for photo ops of the lights on the way back and even took our pictures. Will definitely repeat whenever i am back in Fairbanks.

5.00Our tour to Chena Hot Springs with Kevin was absolutely amazing! Even though the skies were cloudy and we weren’t sure if we’d see the aurora, Kevin kept our spirits high and shared so much fascinating information about Alaska, the lights, and the area. When the restaurant at the hot springs was fully booked, Kevin went above and beyond and made us a cozy campfire nearby, where we grilled reindeer sausage and enjoyed a delicious s’mores casserole. And to top it all off, we did get to see a glimpse of the northern lights, and Kevin took amazing photos of our group with them! He was kind, genuine, and made everyone feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. If you’re heading to Chena Hot Springs or hoping to see the aurora, book with Kevin, you won’t regret it!

5.00It was an amazing experience, the cqlm bath in the hot springs, the beautiful Aurora Ice Museum, the stars in the sky... But the best time was the bonfire and the auroras, less intense that I wanted but we could see them ;)
