In a magical context of a historic residence from the 19th century on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Sorrento they will learn to prepare the classic dishes of our tradition, starting by kneading the real Neapolitan pizza and then continuing with the typical Sorrento artisanal pasta, Caprese ravioli, tiramisu at limoncello demonstration of the preparation of limoncello and then tasting together. All this with excellent local wines, limoncello and lots of music. Please inform well in advance if there are people with intolerances so that we can provide them.

    Enzo gives off a great vibe! He sources most all the ingredients from his gardens- he hosts this event with a spectacular view; the instruction is all hands on and detailed. I highly recommend this cooking class.

    This was definitely a highlight of our trip! Vincenzo (& the lovely ladies) was made to do this & host new friends! The food was absolutely amazing & the view was beyond breathtaking! Vincenzo’s caring & love for clean, healthy, ease of cooking is expressed in each word he speaks to the group. This experience is definitely a gem & worth every Europe spent! Salute!
