    A RIP OFF!!!!! Hidden charges for activities that they misled you to taking an expensive - OVERPRICED “all inclusive” option, that’s not bloody ALL INCLUSIVE! This is misleading and I am PISSED!!!

    Our driver Komang was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the itinerary for the day and the entrance fees for each. At every stop he explained what to expect and walked us in to buy tickets, gave us an intro and told us what time to meet him back. He was able to answer all of our questions and had plenty of interesting facts. The tour itself is busy but not overwhelming, there is a good pace to the day. The lunch spot Komang recommended in Mt Batur was excellent and he gave us the option to eat before or after the hot springs. The car was clean, great AC and a smooth ride. Overall the best day trip I've had in Bali, definitely recommend this company!
