2.00Shuttle was running late and was partly why we missed our flight out of Calgary. That caused us to have to spend money for extra meals and a hotel stay.

4.00Banff Airporter apparently contracted out with another transport company, which led to some confusion at pickup. I was not informed of the change so I was looking for a shuttle marked "Banff Airported". Luckily the driver found us and explained the situation but a heads up would have been helpful. Also, more detailed location information would have been helpful. The hotel had two entrances and a lot. Aside from all that, the driver was helpful and quick.

1.00The shuttle never came to the pick up area and when I called they lied about it all. We ended up having to get a cab for $350 and almost missed our flight. We will never use this site again.
