5.00Made the reservation in advance & when I noticed the terminal information was incorrect, I emailed Viator. They emailed back saying that the cruise terminal was updated but when looking at the reservation, it had not. So I emailed the actual provider and they confirmed the correct terminal. The provider, was on time & we reached the airport in plenty of time for our flight which you absolutely need in BCN airport! That place is a zoo and very disorganized!

5.00I booked the time thinking we had to go through customs off the ship. Actually got off 1 1/2 hrs earlier. Not a problem they sent someone to pick us up. Would definitely book through them again

4.00The driver was late due to traffic/accident. We had to contact company through Viator because there was no answer through company chat. Notification from the company would have made it easier. But when driver arrived he was apologetic and got as to airport quickly. Car that picked us up was a regular taxi.
