In this interactive experience, you will learn to make Spanish tapas, traditional paella, and sangria. Share a hearty dinner of classic local cuisine that you’ve had a hand in making. All great Spanish food starts with super fresh ingredients, so you will begin this cooking class with a guided trip through La Boqueria market. Afterwards, the chef will lead this interactive Spanish cooking class on how to create tapas, paella and sangria. At the end of the experience, you can even take the recipes back with you in order to impress your friends back home.

5.00We had a terrific time. Our group was well organized and we enjoyed some good conversation sangria, wine and of course paella which was amazing. Kako was a tremendous host and chef. He involved the group in the entire process and explained the importance of the ingredients and cooking technique.

5.00Amazing! Starting with the market to buy fresh ingredients, excellent and clear explanations of techniques. Our chef host was fun, informative and friendly. Oh and then you have generous portions of sangria and paella! Make sure to start hungry! Highly recommend this experience!
