In this interactive experience, you will learn to make Spanish tapas, traditional paella, and sangria. Share a hearty dinner of classic local cuisine that you’ve had a hand in making. All great Spanish food starts with super fresh ingredients, so you will begin this cooking class with a guided trip through La Boqueria market. Afterwards, the chef will lead this interactive Spanish cooking class on how to create tapas, paella and sangria. At the end of the experience, you can even take the recipes back with you in order to impress your friends back home.

5.00Authentic and lovely experience! We all loved visiting the market, learning how to make sangria, helping cooking paella and trying some flavourful tapas. Topped off by the recipes and local tips of what to try whilst in Barcelona. Would definitely recommend!

5.00Chef Andrea was great. Very funny, entertaining and informative. It was very interactive. He made it clear we could be as involved as we wanted. Meaning if we wanted to just watch and drink Sangria, we could do that too. Everyone in my class was very hands on. Food was delicious! Thank you Chef Andrea for a fabulous afternoon.

5.00I’ve done plenty of cooking classes in my life. Sometimes “hands on” is mostly hands off! Chef Juan started out taking us to La Boqueria market to shop for ingredients. We also had time to explore this famous market. Back to his cooking space (a supercool setup) we were put to work whilst all along learning the intricacies of making Barcelona’s famous dish. Oh…did I mention snacking on tapas and drinking wine and sangria before and after the paella was ready? The paella was fabulous! 10 outta 10 for the experience. Chef Juan deserves 12 outta 10!!
