In this interactive experience, you will learn to make Spanish tapas, traditional paella, and sangria. Share a hearty dinner of classic local cuisine that you’ve had a hand in making. All great Spanish food starts with super fresh ingredients, so you will begin this cooking class with a guided trip through La Boqueria market. Afterwards, the chef will lead this interactive Spanish cooking class on how to create tapas, paella and sangria. At the end of the experience, you can even take the recipes back with you in order to impress your friends back home.

5.00From start to finish - Andreas looked after our group with care, humour and so much knowledge! Going to the market was awesome but his cooking tips were unparalleled. This might have been my favourite day in Barcelona!!

5.00Very entertaining and inviting experience with a knowledgeable and talented chef. He showed us around the local market and gave us his insights on how to prepare all the components that go into Paella. The dinner included some good drinks and a chance to enjoy the experience of making this dish. We would highly recommend anyone interested in learning about Barcelona and Spain in general to take this opportunity

5.00Andres chef was excellent teacher, very professional, fantastic chef, made us work in a team, answered all our queries with expertise, generous and entertaining host. Loved experience, learned a lot about paella cooking. Activity exceeded my expectations, definitely worth the cost.

5.00Chef Kako met us at the market and we had such a great time learning the proper ingredients ro make Paella. He allowed us to look around the market on our own. Then we went to the kitchen and he cooked for us. Every step, he educated us on why and how to make paella. It was a great experience.

5.00Luca was friendly and professional. His cooking and instructions were outstanding. It felt like a labor of love for him. The class is offered in a small group setting around a large table - only our family and another family in the professional kitchen where the class is held. Luca first took us shopping for fresh ingredients at La Boccaria market. Back at the kitchen we were seated around the table while Luca made us tapas and served them to us. Simple but delicious. He then walked us through paella making, including us in the process. He even made a vegetarian version specifically for the single vegetarian in the group (me). I will come back next time I’m in Barcelona.
