I did not take this tour Waited for 1 hour but no one arrived at the pick up location Tried to contacted the company more than 5 times but no one pick up the line Viator was contacted & they tried to solve the problem & asked the company to refund the payment Few hours later the driver contacted me & apologized that he was sick , he offered to compensate the tour in another day but it was not an option because I have already planned for the remaining days Refund was accepted by the company But it was a bad experience since I lost the Berat & Durres visit It was also difficult to make a last minute plan in my very short duration trip

Our driver and guide Adi was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made our day out very interesting. He took us to a lovely restaurant for lunch. He was very obliging with a nice sense of humour and went out of his way to assist my friend as her mobility is not so good. A very good day out.
