Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - MGM Grand/Showcase Mall 3791 S. Las Vegas Blvd (west entrance of tour lobby/south end of Showcase Mall), or with any driver at any stop along the route.

5.00Ms. Alvina was the best!! Ms. Alvina’s driving skills were phenomenal and like she stated “the recording does not know more than me!” During our stop at the Las Vegas sign, she was able to slow down which allowed us to snap a pic or two. Kudos and a round of applause for Ms. Alvina!!!!!

5.00Taking this tour was better than we expected. Both drivers of the buses were friendly and knowledgable. It felt like such a great value and gave the best overview of old and new Las Vegas. I would recommend sitting on the top level as it gave a great view.

5.00It was very informative, welcoming thanks to our driver Alvina, and a great wat to see and learn of Vegas without having to negotiate city traffic and drive ourselves, plus the stop off/on approach gave us more time to see much of the new and old strips- brilliant! Our second driver not so good, not social, did not introduce himself and spoke little, drove quickly up to stops with little regard for pedestrians, I considered that reckless and probably scary for folks legally on sidewalks and crosswalks.

5.00The Las Vegas Big Bus Hop On Hop Off tour has 9 convenient stops up and down the strip as well downtown LV. The bus was clean and the audio recording of good quality. Our Driver Alvina was wonderful and full of energy and enthusiastic and offered tidbits of information beyond the audio recording.
