Meeting POINT. 7 am in Piazza XX Settembre, nearby the trainstation in Bologna.

What's included:

- FACTORY/PRODUCTION SITES TOUR

– Pick up at 7am at in central Bologna (no later pick up available)

– Guided tour with English speaking guide

– Transfer in comfortable minivan or minibus

- Generose tastings of all products, breakfast with wine and coffee and multicourse italian-style lunch included

– Please notify us with your diet requirements (vegetarian, gluten or lactose free menu available) AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE

or we won't be able to cater for you.

Guests joining from outside Bologna can contact us to arrange for a different meeting point if driving.

This is, hands down, our favorite thing we did on our two week trip to Italy, and quite possibly our favorite experience on any trip ever. The tours of each place (parmigiano reggiano, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto facilities) were amazing and informative. However, the real fun started once it was time for our lunch. The array of meats, cheeses, breads and other assorted apps would have been a feast all on their own, but then in addition we got three pasta courses! The wine never stopped flowing and every single person who works on this tour is an absolute delight. We would happily do this tour again if we are ever lucky enough to find ourselves back in Bologna!

Absolutely wonderful. Great tour, really interesting and delicious tastings! The team was also very funny and friendly, had a great time at the end.

One of our most memorable days in two weeks of traveling Italy! Seeing the production of these artisanal foods was incredible, and then the lunch experience at the end was so fun and amazing, I don’t want to spoil the surprises but it isn’t just an ordinary lunch. Alessandro, the owner of your company, is one of a kind and pours his heart and incredible energy into it. Our tour guide was also great. We went with our three teens and definitely created a core memory.

Everyone from our driver to our tour guide to the main host were very warm, knowledgeable and affectionate. The team operate more like a family than a business. We traveled with our 8 year old daughter and they were all so affectionate towards her. Would definitely recommend the place as part of getting to know Italy.

It was an amazing tour. You learn so many amazing facts about the production of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Balsamic Vinegar and Prosciutto. It was one of the best food tours I have ever done and everything was delicious! It is a must do if you are in the Bologna area!
