During this full-day experience, you will be able to become familiar with some well-known Italian brands and delicacies born in Emilia-Romagna.

We will pick you up with a minivan directly at your place in Bologna, Modena or Florence (please choose a correct tour option) in the morning and let your perfect day begin. We will visit local producers to learn something new about the production processes of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Lambrusco sparkling wine. After all the tours, you’ll taste the products to discover their typical flavors.

Your experience wouldn't be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari. And, of course, without having lunch in a picturesque estate situated among the gentle hills of the Modena area.

At the end of the day, the driver will take you back to your place.

When select SELF DRIVE OPTION, you have to travel with your OWN car. NO TRANSFER is included

All the visits and tastings will be held by the local producers' staff, no private guide is included

The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Inside the cellar / storage / etc the temperature could be low even during summer period.

The exact pickup time will be communicated by the operator in a separate message, please make sure to leave a cell number with any messenger

When you select option "NO TRANSFER-Full day own car", it means that no pickup or transfer between the locations are included. You will need a car to take the tour with this option.

Pickup from a meeting point will be from P.za XX Settembre, the square in front of NH De La Gare hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Bologna central train station. The van leaves at 07:55 or 08:55 am (based on the option selected), and will not wait for late comers. If you arrive late to the meeting point because of train or other transportation delays, we won’t be able to accommodate you, to send a refund or to reschedule the tour to another day. We kindly suggest planning extra time for your journey to avoid any issues.

DAIRY FARM / We will start our tour with a guided visit at a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. The visit will be held directly by the local producer's staff, so none of your questions will remain non answered. The tour will be followed by the tasting of different ages of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese together with freshly made ricotta.

Excellent experience overall. We got to see how real parmesan and balsamico are made, taste everything, and enjoy a nice lunch with local wine. The Ferrari museum was the perfect finish. Great way to spend outside Bologna!

We had a wonderful day. Our guide Alberto was professional and attentive. He was very helpful throughout the day and made sure we were well looked after. Also, his driving was excellent! I highly recommend this tour. We learned so much about the production of parmigiano and also the intricacies of producing balsamic. Our lunch and tasting at the winery was delicious. Of course completing the tour at the Ferrari museum was amazing. Thank you Alberto! We had fantastic time.

Kevin, our driver was fantastic. He was punctual and attentive. Had chargers for us and told us a little bit of history. Each site was VERY interesting. We had a great day. We never usually book 8+ hour tours but wanted to be efficient on our trip. The day flew by. We were out by 7:45AM and back by 4ish PM. Plenty of time to still enjoy the rest of the day.

What a fun day! Loved seeing the process of making Parmigiano-Reggiano and trying the various ages of the cheese. The ricotta at the tasting is the freshest you will ever get. The next tour guide did a great job explaining the difference between traditional balsamic and the more common vinegar sold as balsamic. What an amazing family business - we even met the current owner, who is still managing barrels of vinegar started six generations earlier. We then had a private tour of an organic winery by the current manager of the business followed by lunch prepared by his mother. The afternoon concluded with an hour at the Ferrari museum - good thing it was not a test drive, as after all the wine at the previous stops, I could not have driven a Chevy let alone a sports car! Our driver was very prompt, polite, and friendly; as noted when we booked this tour, his role was only to drive us from location to location and not to act as a tour guide. This was a great day - every event was as advertised. The price is quite expensive - you are paying for convenience, as the total cost of the four tours was probably only a bit above 100 Euros per person. That said, the whole day was a highlight of our trip to Italy.

We had a great time on this tour. We would definitely recommend this tour. The Parmigiana tour was excellent. As was the balsamic Vinegar tour. The owner stopped by to visit with us, it was excellent. The Ferrari. Useum was OK, I think we would have preferred to do just the winery tour, spend more time there.
