Explore the biggest Buddhist temple in the world Learn from your guide about the history of Borobudur temple This famous Buddhist temple, dating from the 8th and 9th centuries, is located in central Java. It was built in three tiers: a pyramidal base with five concentric square terraces, the trunk of a cone with three circular platforms and, at the top, a monumental stupa. The walls and balustrades are decorated with fine low reliefs, covering a total surface area of 2,500 m2. Around the circular platforms are 72 openwork stupas, each containing a statue of the Buddha. 5.00We spent two days with pak Yono. 1st day we go to sunrise at Borobudur and we did the lava tour. 2nd day we visited Jomblang cave and Pintul cave. Pak Yono organized everything, we are very satisfied with him, his english is very good.

5.00We had a great day visiting the sites of Borobodur and Prambanan with Mr Dani. He took great care of us, showing us some good photo spots and giving us as much time to explore the grounds as we wanted. Mr Dani speaks English really well, so if you want to learn some more about Indonesia, it’s easy to have a chat with him. Would highly recommend!

5.00We had a wonderful day trip to the Prambanan and Borobudur temples with our driver Dhani. He was very polite and friendly, and handled the chaotic traffic with great skill, so we always felt safe. His English was good enough for some pleasant conversation along the way. At the temples, he brought us directly to the local guides. We never have to wait. He was also very flexible with timing, arranging a stop for lunch at a lovely warung where we enjoyed a delicious meal and even had the chance to try civet coffee, kopi luwak. On our request, he also stopped at a money exchange and a shop, which was very helpful. At the end of the day, he brought us safely back to our hotel. Overall, we highly appreciated his professionalism and excellent service, and we would gladly recommend him to anyone visiting the area.

5.00We did a family tour of several days visiting Borobudur, Prambanan, Bromo, Ijen and car transfer to Bali and hired Driver Service and everything went very well, as we had organized and the driver (Jitun) adapted to our needs at all times. Very happy with the treatment received, we highly recommend this agency.

5.00We had the pleasure of traveling with Yono (Guava tourism Yogyaksrta) for 4 days during our stay in Indonesia. He was an excellent driver: very professional, always punctual, helpful, and extremely kind. The car was always clean and comfortable, and we felt safe and well taken care of on every trip. His efficiency and courtesy made our journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
