Guided by a friendly local instructor, you’ll prepare fluffy pão de queijo, a rustic corn cake from grandma’s kitchen, and a refreshing fruit smoothie the locals call “vitamina”. As flavors fill the air, we’ll take you on a guided tasting of 3 single-origin Brazilian coffees, from fruity Cerrado notes to nutty and chocolatey roasts from Minas Gerais. You’ll also enjoy a colorful spread of fresh tropical fruits and juices, and finish with our signature brunch cocktail: the mango mimosa, made with sparkling wine and fresh mango pulp.
