Grand Place
Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Grand Place in Brussels is definitely one of the most beautiful squares in Europe. Victor Hugo himself referred to it as "the most beautiful square in the world"
European Parliament Hemicycle (free visits)
How to talk about the European quarter without tackling the Parliament quarter? Indeed, Brussels is the capital of Belgium, but also the European capital. This place hides numerous institutions such as the Council of the European Union, the European Commission or even the European Parliament.

We had a magical time thanks to this bus tour during the Christmas period in Brussels. The route was well thought out, allowing us to discover the emblematic places of the city illuminated by beautiful Christmas decorations. The comments on board were very interesting, bringing enriching anecdotes about Belgian history and traditions. Special mention for the staff, warm and always ready to answer our questions with a smile. The atmosphere on board was friendly. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wishing to discover the magic of Christmas in Brussels!

Together with my friends, we particularly appreciated the guide and in particular its remarkable ease of switching from French to English. He never missed a chance to make us laugh with his historical facts illustrated by humorous touches. We had a nice time during the Christmas Tour (from 02/01/2025 to 19h). In addition, we were able to enjoy the hot chocolate offered at the Christmas market by Cécémel thanks to the purchase of a ticket with Tootbus. The partnership is highly appreciated. Hoping to relive this moment with you!

Signed up for the Christmas light tour, to see the sights and get a sense of the city, on my first day arriving. Arrived on time, found the bus, but should have wondered why there were only three of us on this tour (this was a full sized bus). The only lights that we saw were across the road, that we first drove down. No additional lights. Instead, a city tour in the dark. Hard to see things... not a lot of information, definitely not what was advertised. I've shared this with Tootbus directly as well.

Worth the ride, bus is enclosed in a glass roof to keep you warm and windows slide open to take clear photos of the city.

We booked a Christmas bus tour which we specifically travelled into Brussels to do. We went to the address on the tickets but no bus arrived. We contacted toot bus and were told the bus was across town and we wouldn’t make it in time. The “investigated” the issue and said they gave me the wrong address in error. They refunded the ticket but refused to reimburse what I had spent taking a taxi into Brussels for a tour that didn’t happen. The customer service is horrific, I am still waiting for a manager to call me- it’s been 3 days. I would rather try walk with a broken leg then ever use this company again. They are awful.

So many things were wrong with this tour! I wish I could get my money back. 1. The tour started 15 minutes late because we were waiting for people who had purchased tickets, but didn't show up on time. So the entire bus waited for two people who couldn't manage to get there on time like the rest of us. 2. If I had to guess, I'm fairly sure that the people were late because the website originally said that the pickup was at Boulevard de l'impératrice 54, which was what I noted when I purchased my tickets. If I hadn't checked the website one more time before we left the hotel, I would have had no idea that the pickup had changed to Rue Antoine Dansaert 90, which is a 15 minute walk away. 3. Also, when I originally booked the tour the website said it would last 30 minutes, but it was about 75 minutes when we finally were able to get off. (Even now the website says 60 minutes). And the dropoff was far from the pickup point! We had to walk about 15 minutes back to where the tour started. 4. The tour was supposed to be for the purpose of viewing the Christmas lights of Brussels. But the only lights we really saw were at the very beginning, near the Christmas market where we picked up the tour. The rest of the tour took us all over Brussels, seeing neighborhoods with no Christmas lights, and nothing redeeming to see at night (for example, the EU district). The guide kept saying, "There isn't much to see here in the evening/this is a deadzone at night, I encourage you to come back in the daytime." Don't waste your money or time - just wander through the vast pedestrian Christmas market zones and you'll see everything.
