The best all day adventure combo on Rincon de la Vieja Volcano that includes ziplining, horseback riding, river tubing, full lunch, hot springs, and volcanic mud bath.

Ziplining

The course takes you into a steep canyon where you will go down 8 zip line cables, 18 platforms, a hanging bridge, rappel, and a tarzan swing! (rappel & swing optional)

Horseback Riding - 45-minute ride through the forest viewing the local flora and fauna of the volcano

River Tubing - You will have the time of your life bouncing down Rio Negro’s crystal clear and fun rapids in your individual rafting “tube” for over 5 kilometers.

Lunch includes a salad bar, many choices of entrees and sides, dessert bar, fresh juice, coffee and tea. All dietary resctrictions can be accommodated

After lunch you will driven to the Hot Springs & Mud Bath. Surrounded by tropical dry forest, the Río Negro Hot Springs feature ten pools with waters heated naturally by the Rincón de la Vieja Volcano.

Parque Nacional Rincon de la Vieja

The best all day adventure combo on Rincon de la Vieja Volcano that includes ziplining, horseback riding, river tubing, full lunch, hot springs, and volcanic mud bath. Ziplining First you will get strapped in your harness and start the ziplining course through the canopy and canyons! The course takes you into a steep canyon over a turbulent river, where you will zipline, rappel and rock climb, cross hanging bridges and ride Tarzan swings. You will go down 8 zip line cables, 18 platforms, a climbing wall, a hanging bridge, “via ferrata” (cable) rappel, and a tarzan swing! Horseback Riding After ziplining, you will return to the tour base to prepare for a 45-minute horseback ride through the forest viewing the local flora and fauna of Rincon de la Vieja Volcano

Great experience, the rapids amd zip lining was super fun. Super safe for a solo female traveler. 100% recommended. Pura Vida!

It was great however it did feel very rushed. Walking to hot springs took 20 mins we were there for hardly 15 mins and had to rush back. Nothing against the tour guides as I understand they are following a schedule but there is no fun in being rushed and not fully enjoying the experience. Other than that everything was great.

Don’t want to give away any spoilers… this is a must do adventure. Family of four, two kids (15 and 12), early pick up (630 am) from Tamarindo, easy two hr drive to the site with beautiful scenery. Each activity was lots of fun and had great views with lots of pretty backgrounds for pictures. Buffet style lunch was very good. Transportation back to Tamarindo was easy and we were dropped off at the entrance of our stay. Total trip was about 12 hrs, and Kevin P and Frank kept us on schedule to help maximize our experience. Don’t miss this one. Book it!

Very dangerous tour; I asked to removed from the tubbing (water activity) they continued to push me harder. My legs are bruised, cut from the huge rocks. I will never book with them again . I felt as if I was going to drown at tubbing excursion. The workers didn’t care to help . They were playing around themselves. The horses were very mean, weren’t trained well. Ziplining was ok. Overall 2/10 experience.
