Probably better to pay the two euro for the app and do the two of yourself

3.00Sadly your Audio Units ruined the experience. Most participant struggle to even understand or hear what was being said it was a real shame because our guide was very knowledgeable but no one knew what she was saying because of the faulty equipment very sad for her

4.00The tour was great with a very passionate guide . The only down talk was the meeting point instructions were different to where the tour guide was . It caused us a fair bit of stress as we were communicating on the Viator app to the guide but no feedback to us as to his location . Eventually we found him 15 later than expected .

2.00Both the radio equipment and tour guide were very inferior. Mumble and gibberish throughout the whole tour Didn’t benefit from the spoken word at all.

3.00Disappointed that instruction said no shorts for men. I confirmed this with an email to the tour operator. It was warm, we wore long pants and most others on the tour had shorts on. Guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Lots to see especially in cathedral.
