  We had an amazing guided tour with luis he was very informative, gave us enough space and time to take photos, ask questions and spoke very clearly. The overall experience was amazing and would absolutely recommend it if it’s your first visit.

  This was a great experience and I would highly recommend it. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, the headpieces we wore to hear her worked well, and the pacing was overall good as well. The only thing I would note is that you only get about 30 minutes to see the gardens of the Alcazar - in past trips I’ve spent a few hours there, and would definitely recommend going back and spending more time there if you have the opportunity to during your stay. However, overall this was a great tour and I would absolutely book with them again.

  Very big group very rushed but immensely well managed by our tour guide Irene. She was a fountain of knowledge. Her stories brought context and interest to many of the details of the sites. If I had known how rushed it would be I would consider another tour option. I could have spent hours in the garden and we had 20 min You really need a long time to absorb these amazing places so I would try to take a morning tour and spend a lot of time afterwards

  It was great learning all the details with Luis, he is an excellent guide and made it a great experience! We definitely recommend it!

  I respect the knowledge on history of the tourist guide , but she spent so much time to let the group stand still and talked about history. Often the group had to stand still for 10 mins , in one of the corner and listening to her explanation of detailed historical events , we missed out much time in looking at different scenes. As an example , inside the Seville cathedral ,she brought the group to an area which we only could look at the big panel of golden wood craft of Bible stories from a distance . Spent over ten mins again to all about the background history , then we moved on to the next scene, I have to went back and in fact there was an area actually you could stay in front of the golden wood craft panel and appreciate it . This is just the many examples that she placed the wrong focus . We like both hear and see and it should be a balance. In this trip , it is totally out of balance and she treated us as student and we were forced to hear her lecture . She mentioned a few times that she is a historian , as I said , I respect her knowledge , but she should play her role as a tourist guide rather than a scholar . Overall , this was the worst experience of guided tour I have with trip advisor

  Maria was such a great guide and I loved this tour. I highly recommend it to everybody. Lots of information that clarified the interesting history of these unique buildings. You won’t be disappointed.

  Excellent we really liked Eduardo super on his tour. There is a lot to see and walk a lot but forgiveness is very patient and understandable. Super recommend it

  Very interesting and fact-packed tour. The month of November is perfect when the temperature and number of tourists are at a comfortable level and it was possible to move l quite freely both in the Real Alcazar and in the cathedral. The interpreter was very knowledgeable but she spoke very quickly, but in flawless English with a Spanish accent, so we did not understand everything.
