The tour with the guide in German, Italian or French requires a minimum number of participants and it is possible to be cancelled with short notice if the minimum is not met. In this case, we will provide audio guide for those languages.

We had an excellent experience with Petra as our guide. She was vey friendly and knowledgeable, and made the entire tour very interesting. We highly recommend this tour if you come to Sevilla. Amazing view and history awaits. You will not be disappointed!!

It’s really worth it to tour the Al Hambra; the architecture and gardens are absolutely spectacular. We also enjoyed the tour of the old town and the lunch there. Our guide was enthusiastic, informative and very patient. The bus ride is long, so most of us just slept on the way there and back,

Was little concerned after reading some of the reviews about people not getting tickets, or having issues with the tour in English, but I had no need to be. Perhaps it was time of year as Guide explained that it is much quieter in January. Recieved a whatsapp a couple of days before with all the confrmation and contact number for the guide. The guide and driver arrived on time to pick me up, and kept us informed throughout the trip and even shared some history along the way. The guide sat the Spanish speakers near the front of the bus so he could translate what he was saying directly to them after explaning in English over the microphone. We stopped at the services for coffee and cake on way out and back, with travel time 3hrs each way, returning back about 20:30. On arrival in Granada the guide gave us the option of joining him on a quick walk around the Albaicin area of the city before an early lunch at 12. Due to the early time there wasn't many options of places to eat or shop, so we had to eat in one of the more expensive resturants in the area. By 2pm we were at the Alhambra with a local guide, who again translated back and forth between English and Spanish without any problems. We all had headsets and he a Microphone. You needed to bring your own or pay 1 euro which I think is fair enough. There was no issues with tickets, you just had to scan the ID used when booking. The guide is not part of Alhambra but a third party company based out side. The guide took us around the walls, to the old castle, before queue jumping into the palace and then around the gardens. The tour was a good pace for me, seeing everything within 3hrs, with a toilet stop, but some struggled with the ammount of walking. Guide provided high level information, but believe you would have got more information from the audio guide which is free on normal entry, as you would be at a slower pace to listen more. The price difference is significantly less to book directly and do an audio guide, so would recommend if you can make your own way there, but this is a great way to visit from Seville within 1 day as limited public transport options available.
