Known as the “Temple of the Big Stupa”, this 700+ year old temple – famous for its Lanna-inspired designs – was once the home of the much revered statue of the Emerald Buddha. After it was transferred to Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok, the Thai king donated a replica to the temple which still stands today.

We very much enjoyed our private TukTuk tour with our guide, Matt. This was definitely the best way to see the temples of Chiang Mai. He was incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of Buddhism, Lanna culture and history, and provided a lot of detail on what it was that we were seeing and doing. The team was kind enough to show us a local coffee shop when we needed a caffeine break and also took us to a "silver" engraving craftshop where we were able to etch a design in metal like artisans had done for Wat Sri Suphan.

Great way to see some of the sights around Chiang Mai city! Our guide was super friendly and very knowledgeable about each place we stopped at. Riding around in the tuk tuk from place to place was so fun too! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

We were able to get an understanding of Buddhism and the history of how it was formed through our knowledge guide. Saw some nice temples, key city landmarks and businesses of Chiang Mai.

Art was amazing! He is very descriptive and knows a lot about the history, you will be sure to get a lot of information from Art. The half day tour is perfect because it doesn’t feel too long. You also get amazing photos, tons of them that Art makes sure you get the best shots. Overall, would highly recommend this tour! Ohhh and you get to ride on a Tuk Tuk which gives you the local experience.

Matt was a great host. Knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor. The tour was a great way to get our bearings at the start of our time here in Chiang Mai. Totally recommend.

I had a really good time my tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My tour guide even took me to local areas to try local snacks. Our driver was very professional and even had water for me to drink.

City Tuk Tul Tour through Chiang Mai, it was very interesting!Our Guide Perer gave us a lot of information about the Temples and the Monks. We were happy to drive around so you are able to see more.
Wonderful tour with lots of beautiful things to see. And a very knowledgeable guide who knew a lot about history.

Had a great morning tour with Popcorn. Very knowledgable and experienced. Kept us entertained and helped by taking some terrific photos, thanks popcorn
