  You cancelled the evening before the trip. It definitely was disappointing. We scheduled the cliffs that day and didn’t have another day to do it for our short trip. Very disappointed. I’m waiting for the credit. I was told it will take 7 days. Also disappointing.

  We were due to travel on the Cliffs of Moher and Galway tour this past Saturday 25th January but unfortunately could not make it due to storm Eowyn. Our flight was cancelled quite late on so we were unable to cancel within the company’s time limit. It was disappointing when contacting web chat to be directed to travel insurance to claim a refund and when holding off writing a review to reach out to the company itself, and providing proof, I received an email from the manager, Evelina that although she appreciated it was difficult, the fact that the tour still ran in Dublin meant that there is no refund and claim travel insurance. The responses I got from this company show they are not interested in circumstances beyond the customers control as long as the tour goes ahead in Dublin and their understanding appears to be just platitudes. I strongly urge anyone thinking about using this company for any of their tours to think again as if anything beyond your control and at the last minute prevents you from taking the tour this will result in you not getting a refund or any understanding and signposted to travel insurance. I will certainly be avoiding this company, Wild Rover Tours, in future as their customer service and understanding of events and circumstances outside Dublin is certainly not customer centred. Shame as some of their offerings look very good. Avoid.

  Great experience! it was a long bus ride from Dublin but Murphy and Joe kept us steady throughout the Journey and tons of humor in the trip! Cliffs of Moher was awesome but I went right before Storm Éowyn hit but it was so windy, make sure to wear something warm if you’re going in the winter time. Also we stopped in Galway which was a great place to eat and shop as well! definitely Murphy’s Ice Cream shop and Bakebox is great! (check their google reviews, its awesome!). Otherwise, definitely a must-do as well!
