Participating in a cooking course does not only mean learning new local recipes, but also deepening the true culture, customs and habits of a food type.
- Starting from the Market, where the most important phase takes place.
Guide to the right qualitative purchase: Selection of "Zero Kilometer" products, knowledge of the fresh seasonal product and deepening on the various types of use in the kitchen.

Back at the restaurant all the participants will participate in the foreground throughout the preparation of Sicilian recipes, in a home-style just as per Sicilian tradition. Appetizers, first courses and second courses will be created with great family harmony all with a breathtaking view!

After the preparation, the participants will sit in their seats to start the lunch prepared by them accompanied by two local homemade wines.

5.00Chef Massimo is a dream cooking instructor, he’s fun, efficient, full of knowledge, along with a great personality, and an incredible good chef. We made so many different dishes, all hands on, The best part was while we were cooking, his staff quietly set this beautiful table, and we all sat down for the delicious lunch we prepared, every single dish was outstanding. I learned so much, and will be recreating some Sicilian cuisine. The classroom has some of the most beautiful views in Taormina, along with a gorgeous patio. This class was a highlight of our trip, don’t miss it.

5.00This was the highlight of our trip to Sicely. Chef Massimo instructed us in the preparation of 4 dishes. The setting was beautiful and the set up for food prep was organized and easy to maneuver. At the end of the cooking class he sent us outside for a glass of prosecco while he and his staff set up a beautiful table and served us the delicious food we had prepared. A magical experience!

5.00My 2 best friends and I had the most magnificent experience with Chef Massimo. We met him in Taormina, and walked to the local market, where we picked out the fresh vegetables and fish we'd be cooking that day. We stopped by the butcher for some meat, and then walked to Chef Massimo's villa overlooking the ocean. We prepared stuffed zucchini blossoms, grilled fish, pasta, celery pesto, and several other dished. He showed us the techniques and we all worked together on the dishes. It was absolutely fantastic! This class was really one of the highlights of our month-long trip. Grazie per tutti, Chef Massimo! Tina, George and Erica

5.00Chef Massimo was fantastic! Class was educational and lots of fun! We enjoyed the local fresh produce market and private butcher shop stops before cooking. Stunning home to cook in and view is amazing. The food we made was delicious and the best we had in Taormina! We highly recommend this experience!!!
You don’t need a nonna, all you need is Massimo!

5.00Hands down the best travel tour we’ve ever had. Massimo is not only an amazing chef, but also an excellent teacher. We shopped for our produce and protein and were educated at every step of the way. Massimo’s kitchen is a sight to behold. Amazing views, gorgeous setting and we learned how to cook 3 appetizers, pasta and 2 main courses! So much fun, especially eating our hard work. A+++.

5.00An incredible experience! One of the highlights of my time in Taormina. From the start where Massimo took us to a fruit shop and butcher (as the markets were closed that day)explaining about the produce that we could buy and the history behind familes and their cooking tradition, to the walk to his house and then the class itself, I loved every single moment! Massimo very clearly explains every step of the cooking process, including the why we do things. And at no moment are you left standing there twiddling your thumbs as he ensures everyone has a job to do. It's lovely meeting people from all over the world and then working together to produce the most delightful meal. The cooking process was very easy ... even if you don't cook, you will find this such a great experience. The meal itself was delizioso! We all sat together outside in Massimo's courtyard. A glass of prosecco was given to us at the completion of the class and there was both red and white wine that was freely available the whole time. I highly recommend you do this cooking class. And you also get the recipes at the end to cook yourself at home! Do it. You will not regret it. Grazie Massimo :)

5.00I highly recommend this activity. Massimo made us feel like family. Me, my daughter and 2 teenage boys had a wonderful learning experience. The recipe’s he picked were traditional dishes that never tasted better! Trust me you won’t regret it! Also, his house has a beautiful scenic view!
