It's time to get your hands dirty! I'll be teaching you how to cook Three different authentic Indonesian dishes, so that you can take a taste of Bali home to impress your friends. I will bring all of the supplies, and we will prepare all of the food at your villa. I'll even do the dishes before I leave, so get your aprons on, and prepare your taste buds. Bon Appétit!

Corn Fritter

Indonesian classic starter, a combination of sweet corn with rich herbs. A savory delight!

Ayam Kecap

Traditional Indonesian main course. Chicken seared in kecap manis(sweet soy sauce), and spiced shallot, garlic, ginger, pepper, leek and tomato.

Gado-gado

An Indonesian salad of blanched vegetables and hard-boiled eggs, tofu, and tempeh. Dressed with peanut sauce.

An exotic Indonesian sweet treat. A mixture of aromatic leaves, glutinous flour, and melted palm sugar coated in coconut flakes.

Yohana was fantastic, she came to our villa and showed us how to cook some delicious Balinese food. Even with our meagre villa cooking options it worked well. The kids really enjoyed it, everyone had some jobs to do and we all learned a few new things. We had vegetable fritters with peanut sauce, soy chicken, and satay. The best food we have had in Bali by far! Thank you Yohana for a wonderful afternoon and amazing food!!
You have to choose this class. Unforgettable.

Yohana is a great vibe and excellent cook! We had a such a fun time and she helped our evening kick off to a good start. Her stories are hilarious and she adapts to the vibe of the group. It was awesome to learn about Indonesian cuisine and to enjoy the delicious food later in the evening. 100% recommend this experience!! Thank you Yohana <3

Yohana made for a fun and delicious cooking class. She suggested a menu our entire group could enjoy, walked us through the process for each recipe, and did a great job involving us in all of the tasks, while keeping things moving well. Recommended!

Thankyou for having us we loved being with you firstly Davie and I had room 403 great pool view fab air conditioning room a bit need of updating , shower plays up if you need extra towels just ask 😀 the food was OK not 5 star but edible for what we paid the drinks i couldn't get diet cola never been to a hotel i could not get it we said to Edmund manager our whole holiday didn't get , we went to the mall and stocked up very expensive for cans but we did it 😀 the beach you walk through a car park on hindsight would rather have paid for sunbeds the hotel people gave us horrible sunbeds that are free to hotel guests they will give you better if you give them tips or beer on the whole we did have a nice 2 weeks hotel doesn't have entertainment but we met so many nice people to spend time with, your employees work hard for little wage thankyou to Shaniwa on reception she helped us a credit to you Barry bar staff and Lee anne and Eloise in reception , Edmund manager please listen to guests feedback and take on board diet cola is a must as smirnoff vodka and sauvignon blanc guests want this oh a word of warning no cigarettes at the airport no brands nothing at all but we got a litre bottle of bounty rum good price 😀
