  This customizable tour a great way to start a trip to Tokyo. It was our first time, and Vivian assisted us in navigating the train system as we explored. She communicated well prior to the tour, was flexible with the itinerary and time, and made suggestions regarding other places we might want to visit. There is no doubt we were able to see much more of Tokyo in one day than we would have without her guidance.

  This was an outstanding tour by Vivian! She expertly navigated us all all over Tokyo showing us many sights and places that we found fascinating. We ended up trying a variety of great food that she recommended as we explored Tokyo and also got to find some souvenirs that we are really excited about! Vivian is very easy to chat with and has great insight into a large variety of topics, this made downtime between locations pass by extremely fast. Bonus points if you're into anything true crime related, she has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things Tokyo crime related which was fascinating.   I wanted to get a tattoo while on my recent trip to Tokyo, but I didn't know how to start. I learned about this package from some people who took Vivian's Kabukicho Macabre Tour. I felt that the pricing was fair to essentially have someone help me find a good tattoo parlor and help translate for me the things I was looking for. I ended up getting a nice tattoo at a great little place I never would have found otherwise. I'm going to hire her again next time I'm in Tokyo to go see some nightlife spots around Shinjuku.

  Vivian was a wonderful tour guide. She gave a very comprehensive tour of Tokyo. I really appreciated her help as a personal shopper helping me find a bunch of speciality cosmetic products that would have been next to impossible for me to find on my own (speciality gifts requested from back home). I also appreciated Vivian's flexibility, adapting our tour according to my interests. She is very knowledgeable and her fluent Japanese was a life saver navigating some of the more complicating situations such as our brief visit to a Pachinko parlour.

  Excellent and Informative private tour with Vivian today. We booked a private 8 hour tour. This was our first day in Tokyo. Vivian took us too many areas in Tokyo via trains. It was great because we learned how to use the amazing train system. She is very knowledgeable about Tokyo life and culture and where things are. It was a great day to start our first visit to Japan.   We took a walking tour in Tokyo. Our tour guide, Vivian was super nice, well organized and knowledgeable about Japan history, culture and food. Her love for Japan shines. She took us to some great spots to visit which we would not had found on our own to visit. She is excellent in the subway system that saves us a lot of time. She is completely bilingual in English and Japanese. We would highly recommend her.

  We had a spectacular customized tour throughout Tokyo this week with Vivienne. She had an encyclopedic knowledge of all things Tokyo as well as the societal and cultural elements of the city. She also customized our tour to take us to multiple areas that were of special interest to us. With Vivienne as our guide we were able to see many more sights and gain a deeper understanding of the culture in those areas than we would have been able to accomplish on our own, and possibly with other tour guides. I would strongly recommend this tour.

  We went on this tour for our first day in Tokyo and we where very happy about it. Planning the day was easy via e-mail prior to the tour date. Vivian was very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to be around. She took us to the places we had planned. We are a family of Four (including kids 11 14) and we all had a great day and felt Well prepared for our vacation. We highly recommend this trip.
