  Different from the published trip agenda. The drive was long from Cairo but worthwhile if you truly have extra time to spare

• Driver was on time for pick up. Tour guide was great for explaining things. Got fed and a bottle of water.

  Was a great experience for my girlfriend and I. Mohammad Nibel (our driver) was great. Stopped on the way both ways for bathroom and food/drink. Felt safe with him as the driving here is Chaotic. Our tour guide (Mohammad Ramadan) was excellent. He explained things well, and when we wanted to ask him something else or to clarify something he did so. Also he was great for taking pictures.

  Don't expect to be picked up at your hotel totally ignore any messages I would have second thoughts about touring with this company I have been all over the world this is the worst I have been treated so disappointed

  No proactive communication prior to the trip for pick-up arrangements.. We had to find their Whatsapp ID to make connection. The car has a nonfunctional front passenger seat belt. The back seats has to leg room because the both front seats were pushed all the way back. This is for a total of 8 hr ride We didn't bring water because it was supposed to be provided. That's not too bad. The lunch that we paid us$30 for two turned out to be just two bowls of Koshari. Which street priced at us$1 or 2. We were asked to pay additional for anything else.

  Felt very much rushed. We didn't get the promised bottle of water so we had to buy. No biggie there. But the luch, which we paid with the booking, US$30, was terrible. All we got were two bowls of koshari (nornally street priced at us$1 or 2). We were asked to pay additional for anything more. The car has a nonfunctional front passenger seat belt.   Incredible tour to Alexandria! Visited key places such as the citadel Palace, mosques and lunch watching the Mediterranean Sea! Great guide Ahmed and driver Mohammed! Thank you very much for this experience!

  Super run, we spent more than 2 hours and a half going, because the vehicle had to stop to supply what should already be OK when you catch a passenger, we stopped at a stop for 30 minutes completely without purpose, the guide spoke 3 min and left us 20 pounds for photos, we stopped seeing amazing place for photo, asked to pass anywhere to buy souvenirs he said it did not because it was closed. It wasn't kind, the driver got a 10. I do not recommend the tour with agency Emo Tours. On the way we stopped another 20 minutes meaningless for a private tour, had to be shaped to the pace of the customer and not the guide who wanted to smoke at all times. On the way back he was pushing me to post an evaluation point to pick up my phone to see what I had written. Guide slept the whole trip round and round, not explaining anything around. Oh, bad.   Traveling from Cairo to Alexandria for a 1 day trip is just too short to see and take everything in that The great city has to offer!! Even leaving at 7am from Cairo, It takes basically 2.5-3 hrs each way - basically 6 hrs is gone traveling. Only a few hours left to do sightseeing and lunch. I felt very rushed in every place the guide took me to see and experience from Catacombs, Roman Amphitheatre, Fort by the Mediterranean Sea, lunch. I paid for the lunch included tour and was hoping to have a decent fish meal (Alexandria is known for) , instead was taken to a street food restaurant with rice, beans and tomato sauce - total disappointment!!! When asked why this venue, the answer was the budget allowed only this kind of meal. The tour guide Mahmood was very knowledgeable and friendly but I felt he wanted to quickly show something and giving only 10 mins of solo time in each place and then rushed to the next place of interest. The driver didn’t speak any English and I tried to converse with translation - but it was fun and he was very cooperative. In fine, I do NOT recommend this all inclusive tour - if I’d have known before, I would have split transportation, local tour guide and lunch and organize on my own

  Our tour guide Reem was absolutely awesome she was informative and very professional. We saw the catacombs and ventured to the library of Alexandria . We also saw other sites along the tour. Reem was super personable as well. I'd highly recommend her in the future if ever taking a trip to Alexandria!!

  Viator arranged Tours Emo which is a great company. Omar at Emo kept us updated when the driver would be at hotel to pick up with pictures of the vehicle. It's a good vehicle with 3 rows of seating and 4 of us had plenty of room. It simply made things easier. Walid, the driver handled everything very well and we enjoyed his company. It's a wonderful experience to visit Alexandria and we had wonderful time with good company.
