1.00Driver no show. No contact from the driver on WhatsApp. I walked up and down looking at all the signs over and over, I couldn’t find my name. Walked out onto the street. Still no driver. It shouldn’t be this hard. Terrible service. I won’t be back. Got a taxi costing $35AUD so all together my ride cost me $25 to Viator and $35 with a driver on the street. $60AUD or $600,000IDR. This is what happened the last time I booked with Viator coming to Bali.

4.00The driver we were assigned was friendly and punctual, and he spoke great English. Only notable thing was the car was slightly older and a bit on the smaller side, so we would struggle to add any more bags if we weren't travelling relatively light (for a family with a toddler).
