Welcome to my darker "dander" around the Walled City.

For the quality of experience for its guests, this tour has restricted group numbers.

Normally starting from the Visit Derry tourist office in Waterloo Place, we will walk in and around the Walled City, pausing off to hear some of the darker, spooky or haunted history of this ancient city.

The city currently hosts the largest Halloween Street Festival in Europe between 28-31 October each year.

An alternative start point for private tours is available on request at the Peace Tree on Browning Drive but all tours will normally finish at Visit Derry.

My wife and I had a great tour with David. Very knowledgeable guide and also just a very nice guy. We went on our tour the night before Halloween during the annual Saimhan festival in Derry, and he shared many fascinating local paranormal stories and tidbits of information about the city. Also gave us some great info on points of interest to check out while on our visit. Recommend the booking!

The history of this city is complex and rich. To begin to appreciate it you need an expert guide. David is your man. With his expert knowledge and communication skills he showed us all its facets from its most historic to present day.
