1.00I had made a reservation weeks ago and received a booking confirmation. However, just one hour before the Sagrada Familia tour on the day, I was told—unbelievably—that due to overbooking, the tickets were not available. I came all the way to Barcelona for this, yet their only response was to say, “We’ll refund you, so please accept that,” with no further follow-up at all. This is unacceptable and very concerning. 数週間前に予約して、予約確認書を受領してたいた。サグラダ・ファミリアツアー当日の一時間前にオーバーブッキングでチケットが準備できなかったとの信じられない対応。このためにバルセロナに来ているのに返金するので許してとのありてない対応をされ、その後の対応もなにもなし。危ないです。気をつけてください。
