Mayumi is a great tour leader, and she even helped me figure out extra activities to do. A major part of the experience is down to weather, so it's already a great time when the weather cooperates and gives us clear views of the entire mountain. Time at each location is sufficient as long as you are intentional with your time. I went during a low point in the tourist season, so crowds weren't a problem at all, I heard it can get quite crowded. Overall I had a great time, highly recommend to those who want a longer Mt Fuji experience without the Hakone side trip.

Absolutely fantastic tour! We were so lucky to see Mt Fuji in full clear view, which was the icing on the cake, but even if you don't see it fully, it's still worth the trip! The journey up the mountain is spectacular, and the autumn trees were lovely colours. The 5th Street viewing area is good and offers really close up views of the top of Fuji. The shops are nice too. The lakes afterwards are just as beautiful and the cable car ride is great. Once at the top you get more panoramic views of Fuji, the lake and other mountains and it's really great to take photos up there. The boat ride to finish the trip is really nice and you get to see Fuji from the water for about 20 minutes. The trip as a whole was very well organised and the time in each section was fine. Our guide, Mayomi, was lovely too and really looked after us! I would really recommend this trip and it's really worth the money. Thanks Limon tours for a fantastic day!

Operated by Limon, we went on a Thursday and the bus was half empty (yay!). Tour guide Mayumi was friendly, entertaining and helpful. She would share facts with us about the area or Mt Fuji every now and then on the drive but not talk the entire time so we could relax. There is no toilet on this bus! There was a stop halfway to Mt Fuji where we could use the toilet and five minutes to get drinks and snacks. You need to keep your rubbish, so bring a plastic bag because there is no trash bin in the bus. We drove up to the 50th station at Mt Fuji, it's a bit curvy drive up so bring motion sickness patch or eat ginger. We spent 1 hr at the top which was not as much time as I would've liked. We had to quickly go to the cafe, temple, viewpoint and shop. We took great pictures and enjoyed the view. The women's restroom line was long and ran out of toilet paper, so bring tissue paper with you. Lunch was at the FujiQ hotel bakery cafe and it was delicious. We then went to Kawaguchiko. I recommend doing the ropeway and the boat ride for all the views of Fujisan. We had 2.5 hrs and the time went by quickly. The bus was comfortable and the seats recline.

Fun day seeing in Mt Fuji from so many different perspectives. You see it from the bus, the top of the rope trail, the boat, the shore, and the cab.

The tour was really good and the guide (Mayumi) was very kind and diligent. The weather in the fall made the area cloudy, but with a 65°F weather the day cleared up which aloud me the see Mt. Fuji. Pictures can't describe it, you need to see it in person.
