5.00The driver was very friendly, helpful and efficient about driving through congested traffic. Despite trying to move some suitcases myself, the driver made sure that I didn’t have to lift them after they were at curbside. I was very pleased about having a private vehicle go directly to my destination, instead of taking a shuttle that would have had multiple stops along the way. The condition of the vehicle was perfect; it seemed to be a new vehicle. And the cool climate control when I stepped into the vehicle from the Florida heat was a relief! I have been very pleased with Viator every time I have booked with the company.
