Kayak Weight Capacity - The maximum weight capacity for these tandem ( 2 people ) car kayaks is 410 pounds No single person can weigh more than 225. These kayak will not float you if you exceed the weight limit. We also offer paddle boards and solo (non clear) kayaks for this adventure. If someone in your group does not fit the weight capacity, no worries. We offer an option for non clear solo sit on top kayaks with a weight capacity of 300 pounds and non clear sit on top tandem kayaks with a weight capacity of 500 pounds, and paddle boards 250 pounds.le

5.00This was a surprise trip for my birthday. I could not believe how beautiful everything was. From the trees to the water, the birds, manatees, and turtles. Our guide was so knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour. So interesting. We didn’t have to worry about taking pictures. They took them the whole tour and sent them to us later that same day.

5.00Great experience with Chris at Kayaking Florida! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took pictures of our family and videos of the animals we saw that he shared with us after the trip. We saw manatee’s, alligators, lots of turtles, and birds. No monkeys, but that’s okay! We came for the beautiful spring and manatee’s. Thank you Chris for a great time!

5.00Ashley was our guide for our trip. She was very personable and knowledgeable. The kayaks were nice but uncomfortable. We used our life jackets as cushions, but still uncomfortable. The wildlife was awesome! We got some time with Devine, the manatee that was pregnant. I would love an update and pictures when she has her baby. Just saying! 🥰 This was a wonderful excursion and I would highly recommend!

5.00Justin's tour was exceptional. You can tell he loves providing the excursions and sharing his stories knowledge. A true advocate for the wildlife and the ecosystem. We saw many birds, manatees, fish, classic movie sets, and plant life which Justin was able to talk about. A fun and friendly educational tour with perfect weather and not too many other people on the springs.

5.00Our guide, Chris, made the experience even more special. Early that morning, he reached out with detailed driving directions and clear instructions on where to meet, which made everything smooth and stress-free. It was a beautiful and relaxing experience, and we were lucky to spot several manatees along the way. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Silver Springs, its wildlife, plants, and canals — turning the trip into both a fun and educational experience. He also took fantastic photos and videos of our adventure and kindly shared them afterward, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommended! If you’re planning to do this kayak experience, definitely ask for Chris — he’s the best!

5.00Chris gave us an amazing tour! strongly recommend booking the trip! when I bought the ticket, I didn't know he would give me the tour along the whole trip, he introduced local culture, plants and wild animals, most importantly, he could noticed the cute animals so easily and point them to me! I really enjoyed the time! People who bought tickets from somewhere else were surprised that I got this great service, and my ticket was not more expensive😀. Oh, and the good thing is, you never need to worry about late fee! since he is around you the whole time, even if you play kayak a bit longer, he won't charge you extra!
