Peles Castle is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays all year round. If your tour is booked within this time period when is closed you will see Peles Castle from the outside

The order of the itinerary depends on the season, weather, and opening hours

• Only a small handbag or small backpack allowed onboard the coach.(40x20x25). Any baggage exceeding those limits will be charged with 10 euro(cash) for handling them by our staff. Company or staff involved in the activity are not responsible for any of the guests belongings

Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time. After the start there is no possibility to join the tour at a later moment. The exact departure time will be received via email in the day prior the tour starts. Please check your email after 5 p.m.

Peles Castle

Leave the city on the route to Sinaia. On the road you will learn more about Romania's history and culture. Visit one of the most beautiful castles in Romania: the Peles Castle, former summer residence of the kings of Romania, in Sinaia, a well-known mountain resort as well. Nowadays the Castle is one of the most important museums in Transylvania where one can admire furniture and ornamental objects, carpets, tapestry, sculptures, paintings, collections of weapons from the 15th up to the19th centuries. Peles Castle is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in February and March 2020. On the rest of the year, Peles Castle is closed only on Mondays. On these days,Peles Castle will be seen from the outside

Had a great day with our guide petru. What could have been a long and laborious day was not. The 14 hour trip was a pleasure as we were always well informed of what was happening next/ expected traffic etc. learned so much on the bus about România as a country and there was the perfect amount of time at each stop. Obviously a very well practised trip.

Great value for money. So much to see and enough time to see it all. The forests and mountains are spectacular and we loved everywhere we were taken.

Hi Actually not good at all. I and another couple (Alessio Cristini) we stood exactly at the spot where your map told us to stay , we were there way before 7:00 am and stood there until 8:15, but bus never showed up. It is possible that your bus picked people up on the other side of this big boulevard far away where your tour told to stay. Buses are not even marked so we could not even tell what bus was on the other side of street. In summary I had a bad experience as my last day in Bucharest was wasted as I did not have any other plans that day and unfortunately could not rebook as I left Bucharest today. I have contacted the tour company for a refund , I think the other person Alessio Cristini has also been contacting the tour company where he bought his ticket . I still have not heard from anyone. How do I get a refund as your company did not show up, or gave wrong directions where to stand. Not our fault .
