Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
It is highly recommended that you eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing.
We highly recommend having international travel insurance, as self-driving activities carry inherent risks that may lead to serious injury. Coverage for such incidents is typically provided only through your personal insurance.
The quad biking segment is solely the participant's responsibility. Any damage, injuries sustained or items lost during the quad tour are not covered by insurance.
All desert safari drivers are well trained and licensed for safari drives. The 4WD vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with all necessary safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, government trackers, GPS, GMS, and a First Aid box
OceanAir Travels shall not be responsible for any kind of loss, accident, sickness or injury.
Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.
Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter
Please note that if your skin is sensitive to henna, it is advised not to do it.
Entertainment activities:- As per UAE law during the holy month of Ramadan and other religious holidays you can watch Tanoura and Fire shows only in our desert camps (Al Khayma) as there will be some restrictions for Ladies Khaliji Dance.
The 11:30 AM Timing slot comes with a Lunch buffet, and it doesn't include the Fire show since it's during the day timing
Pickup will be within 45min prior to your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.
Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
Camel Ride : Children below 12 years of age cannot ride alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
Quad Bike: Children below 16 years cannot ride on their own and must be accompanied.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept that some activities involve inherent risks and unforeseen incidents, and adequate travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for your safety and financial protection. Recommended Age for Self-Driving Activities: Sandboarding: 12-50 years, Quad Biking: 16–50 years. Animal-related activities (company not responsible for uncontrollable natural behaviour of animals): Camel Ride (Recommended age: 12–50 years) Falcon, Horse Riding.
Helmets & safety gear are highly recommended where applicable, and participation is entirely at your own risk, the company will not be responsible for any accidents, damage, loss, or death from these activities.
By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity by car. (If this conditions are applicable to you, please contact our Consultant to customize your tour)

You will be picked up from your hotel or selected location by your tour guide. Then, drive to the Dubai desert about 45 minutes you will arrive at the destination. Relax in the restrooms there, making use of bathroom facilities... you may opt for a short Quad Bike ride as the 4x4 vehicles get ready for off-road desert drive.
After a short break, Time for adventures... our activities start with desert dune bashing... after 40-45 minutes of red dunes ride, go sand surfing (sandboarding) down the dunes. We will photograph these nice moments for you. Next, stop at the Red Dunes desert and enjoy a camel ride in the open desert. Later, relax in air-conditioned comfort as you enjoy soft drinks, water, Arabic tea or coffee with dates before getting dropped back at your hotel in Dubai.

5.00We did the desert safari today with our guide Shaukat, and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire trip. His dune bashing skills were incredible — thrilling yet safe — and we enjoyed every single moment. It was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! Shaukat provided outstanding service, was very friendly, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. Highly, highly recommend booking with him if you want an unforgettable desert safari experience!

5.00This was a fantastic tour. Especially for the price! Our guide Taj was great. Picked us up and dropped us off on time. He was great taking photos as well. The whole trip lasted right at four hours from pick up to drop off. I felt as if we all had ample time to ride camels, ATVs, dune boarding and a desert safari drive. Very fun and worth the half day trip.

5.00The trip was absolutely amazing. Huge thanks to our guide, Sultan Kayani — he was honestly the best. He arrived on time, drove super smoothly, and made the whole ride very comfortable. He explained everything so kindly and clearly, and he’s also a great photographer, mashallah! I came alone, but thanks to him, I never felt awkward. The food was sooo good. The BBQ was honestly top-tier — really well cooked, juicy, and delicious. And definitely try the date cake with caramel sauce on top. Heaven. There were so many different activities, so it stayed fun from start to finish. Even as a solo traveler, I had an amazing time. Next time I come back to Dubai with my family, I’ll 100% book this tour again. (Just one thing though, Sultan’s playlist is giving strong 80s–90s vibes. He kinda needs a little music update! 🤣 I’m jk.)
