2.00Although this tour was highly recommended by friends who had taken a couple of years ago, it was a real disappointment. To begin with our guide was uninspiring.: she was more concerned about making sure people knew how to access the roof of Duomo rather than focus to give us a proper tour. To add insult to pain, the actual tour inside Duomo was less than 30 minutes, even though it is advertised as 45 minutes. It felt like the greatest benefit of this tour was jumping the queue to enter the cathedral. Not an experience, I would recommend….

1.00Did NOT include a roof tour. Misleading title meant no roof tour. Got handed a piece of paper with an inside cathedral tour only. Exited as recommended by the guide who was quick to vanish after collecting headsets... ...Got to the terrace entrance and was told it wasn't valid. Went back to the stall who basically told me to read the small print.
