5.00This trip was INCREDIBLE! Marika was our tour guide and she was THE BEST! Our boat ride was fabulous (take a jacket), Bellagio was amazing and great shopping (bring an extra bag and a credit card), and we ended the trip in Lugano, which was also beautiful (buy the chocolate). Our 82 year old mother was with us and she managed well—there was a lot of walking and steps but plenty of places to rest. Worth every penny! It was the perfect way to end our time in Milan.

5.00If the weather is agreeable it will be a phenomenal experience. Our Spring day we had mostly rain and that makes climbing/descending the stairs of Bellagio unnerving! The restaurant our guide recommended was tremendous! In Lugano we had the most amazing cannoli outside of Sicily. It was a lovely day trip with an amazingly capable driver and guide.

1.00When I spoke to a representative I requested first class cabin it was my mistake I did not receive any emails regarding details and we surprisingly were booked second class train however our tour guide that was referred by Italian agency was great

5.00It was a great long day. We had a wonderful time in Bellagio and Lugano. We had the chance to look around and enough time to enjoy lunch in Bellagio and coffee in Lugano. Definitely worth it! The boat was nice too! The tour guide and the driver were excellent.

5.00We had a WONDERFUL experience visiting Como, Bellagio and Lugano. Sara was our guide and she did an incredible job. Can’t recommend this tour enough!!! Sara even helped us find the train on our way home. Five stars!!!!
