1.00I had taken the Day Trip to Lake Como, Belagio and Lugano from Milan on 28th May' 2025 (today). On the way back we were supposed to meet at a meeting point in Lugano (Switzerland) at 4pm. However I was late by a couple of minutes and the guide and bus left the place and we were left stranded in a foreign place. So a lot of mental harrasment we had to bear in a foreign country. The tour operator didn't even bother to call us back despite we trying to reach out to their customer support multiple times from 4pm - 6pm today and didn't provide any solutions. Is this the kind of service expected from empanelled tour operators of Viator. We had to incur very high additional cost to take bus and then train and then tram to reach back in Milan. Moreover the mental agony me and my family had to go through was immense.

5.00Amatto was a great guide. He's got a great personality, friendly and knowledgeable about the region. He shared cool stories and history that I didn't know much about. We got to explore the various towns we've been to. I wish we could've explored a tad bit longer, but I understand there's a schedule to follow. The boat and bus were comfortable to ride. I personally don't think we needed the radios as we only used them once. So maybe not necessary as a consideration. Otherwise I had a great time, the area is stunning and would love to come back. I would greatly recommend this tour, the value felt strong.
