  I loved the variety of locations that this tour visited. I truly felt like I got my money’s worth and more. Great tour guide! Chris was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Johnston Canyon (winter) – I highly recommend this hike. It was my favorite hike in Canada. It was a little icy, but thankfully crampons were provided. The trail leads you through a snowy canyon and ends with a waterfall that feeds into green blue waters. Lake Louise (winter) – The lake was frozen over. I was able to walk to the end of the lake (30 minutes to and 30 minutes back). This truly felt like a winter wonderland. Emerald Lake (winter) – The lake was defrosting, so we were unable to walk on the lake. Beautiful lake and mountain views. I will definitely be back for the summer season to see the iconic emerald waters. Lake Minnewanka (winter) – Beautiful lake with a short walk to different viewing points to get a 270 degree view of the lake. We were also able to spot some white-tailed deer on the road and near the trees.

  The views are amazing. The stops on the tour were perfect . D the ‘guide’ was a lovely person and he was extremely helpful but he was really only a driver we got no information about our stops except from a sheet of paper given when we boarded the bus. The worst part of trip was the bus it was filthy, extremely dirty. It is also a small bus 13 passengers, fortunately for us we had only 8 so it made it a little more comfortable but we did have a suitcase on board that took up 2 seats. I wouldn’t recommend this tour as I’m sure there are others that offer better and cleaner service

  I would update the description and pricing for this tour if you are getting picked up from Banff. I essentially paid the same as others from Calgary so it seemed a bit unfair price wise. Also, you aren’t really seeing the things you are speeding by. It’s a bit misleading. Lastly, the guide didn’t do much of anything yet forced a tip at the end and when I asked for change he didn’t have exact amount so I ended up giving him a larger tip which was annoying for service that didn’t really deserve it, especially given the lack of information prior to the trip as the hiking paths were extremely dangerous and icy. There were older people on the tour and he did not warn us about this. The scenery is gorgeous though.

  Trip was well organized, and we got enough time in both Lake Louise and the Moraine lake. Overall good experience.

  The entire tour was very enjoyable. The lakes and the scenery were gorgeous. Tommy did a great job explaining the highlights to us. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff for the first time.
