Maria-Theresien-Platz is a large public square between Ringstrasse and the Museumsquartier. Facing each other from the sides of the square are two twin buildings, the Natural History Museum and the Art History Museum. Square is decorated by the grand statue of empress Maria Theresa.

The most impressive monument on Ringstrasse with grand Empress Maria Theresia and many another figures including W.A.Mozart.

5.00Giselle was my guide and she was very knowledgeable about the history of Vienna. She was pleasant and kept us on time and did an excellent job keeping the group together even in very crowded places.
Entertaining and informative tour of the centre of Vienna on foot.

5.00Giselle was an excellent guide providing us with interesting titbits about historical figures as well as a detailed description of the people and places that have shaped Vienna‘s history. We loved getting a coffee to go at Demel‘s and visiting the interior courtyard at the University of Vienna main campus. Giselle answered all our questions and the pace was perfect! I highly recommend this tour!

5.00The tour covers hidden parts of the city which could not be found normally. Access to buildings that you would normally pass by.Dace, our guide covered all historical aspects of the city and Austria. And did so in a authoritative and humorous way!

5.00Would highly recommend this tour to friends and family! Giselle was a great tour guide! She was very knowledgeable and did a great job of providing history and current day information. We started off our week trip with this tour and Gisselle provided great recommendations for other attractions to see and where to eat during our visit to Vienna.
