We take you through the world of authentic juices or unusual flavors of syrups. For the main course, we offer you a combination of our sweet innovative spreads or jams with various local cheeses and pamper your palates with salty vegetable products in combinations with edible wild plants. To complete the journey through the fruity Vipava Valley, we prepare an excellent seasonal dessert based in our products. Take at least 1 hour time for a tasting. During this time, you will get to know our story, our work, and feel our passion for creating with local ingredients. You will have the opportunity to taste traditional, rare or less well-known fruit species from our valley, as well as innovative and unusual modern combinations. We offer tastings for gropus of 2-8 guests. Food is served outdoors with a view on the Vipava Valley. Totally VEGAN or VEGETARIAN tastings may be arranged.

5.00WOW!! This was an amazing experience!! What a lovely place, amazing food and great host! We got to try 7 different homemade foods from bread to juice to jam to spreads to gnocchi to dessert - all very delicious! Highly recommends to anyone interested in trying new types of food - all homemade, organic and made with love :) Would go back anytime!! Lots of produce you can buy also!

5.00The Vipava valley is an (fortunately) unknown secret for food and wine lovers. This tasting is a good example. We got exposed to a series of very tasteful and creative bites, presented with a lot of passion by our host: savory lemonade, mulberry marmelade, gourd spread, marinated flower tips of wild garlic, cheese with peach/garlic marmelade.
