  I should have listened to the reviews it’s simply a bait and switch they offer the 5 seat Yamaha. I confirmed multiple times they said they have plenty of them. Get here guess what just like the other review it’s broken but I can get a refund or smaller one.

• Keep Away!!!!!! This isn't a legitimate Provider!

  Firstly, we couldn't find them because we weren't given details of where they would meet us. Incidentally, we weren't the only ones. To make matters worse, there wasn't any way to contact them directly. When we eventually found them an hour later, they were tucked away from all the other buddy providers on a dirt road which wasn't great for a wheelchair user! We were sold a private tour, but it ended up being a group off-roading experience. This is NOT what we were sold.

  The vehicle was not available for us when we arrived. We were told it would be in a month from that date. It was booked weeks in advance. Never again.

• Organizational mess

  Difficult to find. After waiting and asking around for 30 minutes I had to call the operator. He eventually came and picked us up. I was quite annoyed at that point. He apologized about being late, but hanging out outside the gate for half an hour was chaotic with other operators trying to get your business. The actual adventure was fun. Loved driving around the ATV on a guided group tour. Hoped we would have stopped at a beach to get our feet wet. 4 stars for the tour, 1 star for the operation experience.
