We had an amazing experience! This cooking class did not have a lot of reviews yet, so it felt like a little gamble. But I would recommend this to everyone. Firstly, we were given the choice what we would like to cook. Then the chef took us to the market to buy all the fresh produce and explained all about the necessities and how he chose the exact ingredients. We started cutting and preparing the ingredients on the beautiful rooftop of the Riad. While letting it cook we had chatted with the chef and had a good laugh. The food ultimately was very tasty!

We have cooked on a panoramic terrace, watching Fez and dining in the moonlight Sam has been very nice and we have learned many things from Moroccan cuisine.

We had an absolutely great time with Sam. His hospitality and knowledge was fantastic and I really enjoyed learning the secrets of Moroccan cuisine. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Fes. And of course, the food was incredible!

We want to thank Hadia for her warm welcome she was very pedagogue for my part I learned to cook my favorite tagine (egg kefta) in the authenticity very good experience to live with family Hadia to share her knowledge about Moroccan cuisine but we learned a lot about Moroccan culture also, it was very rewarding. Thanks again!
