Come aboard the Quicksilver and leave the crowded restaurants behind. This spacious double-deck catamaran offers comfortable seating with generous table spacing for a more private intimate setting. All the tables provide excellent vantage points to enjoy the beautiful Maui scenery. Add island style music and the Aloha of the friendly crew to top off the ambiance of this unique Maui experience

Caesar salad with homemade buttery croutons, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and warm breadsticks

Main Course Options:

Rosemary and garlic prime rib

Fresh island Fish

Kiawe smoked baby back ribs

BBQ roasted chicken leg and thigh combo

The vegetarian option is penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce

Steamed rice and sautéed vegetables

Double-layer chocolate cake and New York style cheesecake

The Quicksilver 2-Hour Sunset Dinner Cruise offers five main course meal options. Garlic rosemary roasted prime rib, Fresh Mahi-Mahi with lemon butter caper sauce, Penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce (vegetarian option), BBQ roasted chicken thigh and leg combo, and kiawe smoked baby back ribs. For starters, Caesar salad with homemade buttery croutons, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and warm breadsticks. The side dishes are steamed rice with Shoyu and sautéed vegetables.     Had a get time. The food was great plus the guy on the guitar was very good and singing. From the front of the boat we had a Dolphin swimming around side to side enjoying himself or herself.

    Fun time. Excellent crew. Delicious food. We were originally sat downstairs, but moved up to the outdoor area, and that was a lot better. They will sit you wherever they have availability, so just ask. Overall it was a great time, with a beautiful sunset and very good food.

    We had a great time on the dinner cruise! The staff and food was great! The only issue I have was that there wasn’t much cruise time! We stopped in a cove and parked. Parking at the event was a little confusing, we barely made it.

    We did this cruise last year and it was fun. This is miscommunication. We were told to meet at Boss Frogs which was odd because last year we met at the marina. Assigned seating this year and not last and we got more than two drinks last year. Food was average.
