Te Au Moana Luau
Te Au Moana, translated as the ocean tide, has always been a constant throughout Oceania, connecting our islands, peoples and generations. Our Polynesian ancestors traversed these oceans tides for ages and revered them for their life sustaining properties. Their stories, which spoke of their expert skills in fishing, gathering and voyaging demonstrated the tremendous depths of knowledge and respect they had to the Earth and its elements. As Hawaii’s premier entertainment company, Tihati Productions endeavors to bring these stories to life at “Te Au Moana: The Ocean Tide”. We invite you to dine as the ocean sits peacefully before you, as it has for thousands of years. We ask you to dance under the Maui skies; the moon and stars await you and we hope that you discover all the fascinating stories at “Te Au Moana: The Ocean Tide” a spectacular lu’au experience like no other!
Includes private table for your booking, three course family-style Hawaiian dinner served tableside, and open bar.

The luau is nice. The food is presented in smaller portions to the table but it is still a lot. The dance show was above average but not great. Not worth $300 per person at all.

It was cute but I’ve seen better ones. Grand wailea next door is way better. Food was good, zero complaints there. Entertainment was average. We paid for premium seating was not worth it either. Staff was amazing!!!

Beautiful environment and the family style meal was nice as well as the drinks. The show was not quite as good as others we have seen. The performers were excellent, but the other shows we have seen provided more of a historical explanation, which was nice. Of course, you would always want the cost to be lower, but their cost was certainly competitive.
