Please note that the streets of Toledo and Segovia are narrow and paved, and that the tour implies lots of walking, so clients with reduced mobility may have difficulties to complete the whole itinerary.

The tour has a duration of 11 hours, you will be back at 18.45h if you choose the 7.45h departing tour or at 20h if you choose the 9h departing tour

Not recommended for people with reduced mobility due to the steep, cobbled streets

You will discover this beautiful city with our guide and also you will have some free time on your own. We will spend around 3 hours here. One hour will be for the guided tour. We will spend 45 minutes visiting a Damasquinado factory and the rest will be free time

Such a great full day, beautiful history. Both Toledo and Segovia beautiful cities you must visit. Highly recommend adding the lunch onto your tour.

The trip was well organized and efficiently laid out and the guides were friendly and enthusiastic. Only critique would be to recommend guides use microphones/headsets during the walking portions.

Our tour guide was very friendly, and the bus was clean and comfortable. Toledo was our first stop—beautiful, but we arrived so early that many shops were still closed, and I wish we had more time there. Segovia was a lot of fun, and the food was excellent. Ávila was a quiet town with not much to do, but it was still nice to see. Overall, the tour was enjoyable and well organized.

My only real complaint is the directions to meet the bus were very unorganized and me and a few people would have missed the bus if we didn't call. Other than that this tour was absolutely amazing and our tour guide was AWESOME. Highly recommend this tour!

The combination of the 2 cities was perfect- it was a both in Spanish and English, noticed more information in Spanish then in English at times but this didn’t hinder the trip Great recommendation from the guides and even though a long day definitely worth the money

Amazing tour of Toledo and Segovia. Worth every penny! Our guide, Javier C. did an amazing job! So glad we took the day to go explore outside of Madrid!!

The cities were beautiful to visit, however the guide and customer service of this company was lacking significantly and I'm not sure I would book with them again. My 13 year old daughter and I Were left behind at the last city (Avila) when I got lost and missed the meeting point at our last stop and had to find my own way back from Madrid (costing me 2 train tickets and a charger as my cell was dying and the cable I bought to recharge it was in the bus. I can understand that they could not wait forever for us (we found the meeting spot 20 minutes past the time and they were already gone), but there was no follow up the next day to see if we were Ok and to make arrangements for me to pick up my things that were on the bus, even if I tried reaching out. I also found our guide was hard to understand and had difficulty understanding our questions. Ok his first language was not English and he said it was his first tour in english, but since I paid for an english tour I would have liked to have someone who was more informative about the sights we were seeing and could answer my questions adequately
