Note: You may select only one itinerary per tour to ensure a truly immersive and unhurried experience.

Important Information:

1. Each tour option (Mt. Fuji or Hakone) is designed as a 10-hour experience.

2. The 10 hours include pick-up to drop-off.

3. If the scheduled itinerary is completed before 10 hours, the tour is considered successfully fulfilled.

4. If a 10-hour duration is reached before visiting all stops, the tour is also considered complete.

Left early to beat the crowds and were able to hit multiple activities thanks to our guides expert driving and knowledge on how to approach each activity and how much time to spend at each place. Allowed us to choose activities and prioritize what we wanted most.

We were assigned to Husnain, an experienced English speaking tour guide and he gave very good advice regarding departure time and how to skip the queue etc. These made the whole experience of visiting Hakone a very pleasant one. Because of his recommendation, we managed to take beautiful pictures, didn’t have to wait long for cable car ride and didn’t have to fight for good photo spots. He is a safe driver, drinking water is also provided in the car. All in, my family had a good time.

The driver was punctual. The minivan was spacious and comfortable. Driving was stable and safe. Necessary information about the trip and stops was provided. Pick up arrangement was well made. Overall the trip was smooth and excellent.

Our van driver and tour guide, Hadi, was prompt for our pick up, very informative and helpful to us the whole day. This was an excellent first day in Japan experience tour. Enjoyed the ropeway, pirates ship ride, Hakone Shrine and open air art museum and garden. We chose to skip the skyway bridge, as weather was not good. Hadi was a great driver and made sure we got to see Godzilla before safely delivered to our hotel.

Driver went to incorrect hotel, also tried to get us to change our time to 6am. Then he decided we didn’t need to stop at certain places because we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji because of cloud coverage. We still wanted to go to those stops!!! Last, I guess he was trying to pad his time as he drove in circles around Tokyo until our return time. Plus he was texting and driving a lot!! Will never use this service again.

Esan was amazing tour guide. I highly recommend private tours, you can go at your own pace, you can spend as much or as little time at a certain activity, and it’s personalized to your party. Esan is easy going, very knowledgeable, and most all, very catering. We’d ask about booking activities for after, and he made us phone calls, helped pick out places to eat for other days, and gave us recommendations for the days after. It went above and beyond being a tour guide for the day. He was a great asset to our entire trip to Japan. Ask for Esan!
We would 100% recommend it to people we know back home.

Saim made our experience very enjoyable. We were shown and taken to a lot of scenic places with a lot of culture and history. He shared and engaged information on these specific places and we all learnt a lot from it.
