  Don't miss. Must see place in Japan. Our driver Busal guided us to get tickets of gondola ride and other attractions and explained about all the places we went in this trip. We saw Mount Fuji clearly.

  We had an amazing time! Our driver was very nice, took us to some great places and adapted the day to meet our families needs. One of the highlights of our time in Japan!

• Overpromised Tour Company…Underdelivered!

  Unfortunately, our trip to Hakone was very disappointing. The driver arrived without a car seat that we had been promised for the one year old. Abdullah did not speak a lot of English and we had been told that we would have an English speaking guide. He basically did not speak unless we askeWaaAd a question as and a few times we z needed to use a translation app to speak to him in his native language which I believe was Urdu. We arrived in the town of Hakone in a little over 2 hours and then we spent another 2+ hours making our way to the Ropeway. We arrived at the Ropeway about 1:30 and were given no direction as to where to purchase the tickets or how long to spend in this area. We were stuck in traffic approaching the Ropeway for so long that we got out and walked the rest of the way. I messaged him when we were on the Ropeway as I was concerned when I saw the lines to return about having enough time to do the other things. We ended up basically riding down, waiting in line and going back up. We then questioned if we had enough time to do the cruise and the open air museum to which he said yes. After seeing how long it took to get to the Lake, I asked him to skip the cruise as we now had very little time left to go to the museum. We went to the temple for a short time and then to the museum. He was simply a driver and we were not able to do the things that we were told we would be able to do and he should have figured out the timing. If leaving earlier was necessary, then this should have been communicated. I have never been disappointed in a tour through Viator but this was basically an entire day spent in a car. We did enjoy the little time we spent doing things but would say that we were out of the car for about 3 hours!

  The experience of going to Mount Fuji from Tokyo was amazing. Our driver was an amazing human who drove safely and was kind and helpful. However, what he wasn't was English speaking. That's a huge problem for an advertised English speaking tour. So while we paid for a guide to tell us about the local histories and the things that we were looking at, we did not get any of those things. Instead we got to take in the breathtaking majesty of the Japanese sites that we drove past, and made full use of our data plan and Google'd the background in history of what we were looking at.

  Great experience Mt Fuji , Oshino hakkai village , Hakone … explored in depth. Thanks to our driver Hadi , he was just wonderful , flexible giving us enough time at each spot … made us affluent to the end with all the directions
