Note: You may select only one itinerary per tour to ensure a truly immersive and unhurried experience.

Important Information:

1. Each tour option (Mt. Fuji or Hakone) is designed as a 10-hour experience.

2. The 10 hours include pick-up to drop-off.

3. If the scheduled itinerary is completed before 10 hours, the tour is considered successfully fulfilled.

4. If a 10-hour duration is reached before visiting all stops, the tour is also considered complete.

Driver went to incorrect hotel, also tried to get us to change our time to 6am. Then he decided we didn’t need to stop at certain places because we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji because of cloud coverage. We still wanted to go to those stops!!! Last, I guess he was trying to pad his time as he drove in circles around Tokyo until our return time. Plus he was texting and driving a lot!! Will never use this service again.

Esan was amazing tour guide. I highly recommend private tours, you can go at your own pace, you can spend as much or as little time at a certain activity, and it’s personalized to your party. Esan is easy going, very knowledgeable, and most all, very catering. We’d ask about booking activities for after, and he made us phone calls, helped pick out places to eat for other days, and gave us recommendations for the days after. It went above and beyond being a tour guide for the day. He was a great asset to our entire trip to Japan. Ask for Esan!
We would 100% recommend it to people we know back home.

Saim made our experience very enjoyable. We were shown and taken to a lot of scenic places with a lot of culture and history. He shared and engaged information on these specific places and we all learnt a lot from it.

Esan was on time , flexible and patient with us. He planned a wonderful day . He made everything easy and spent a lot of time with us. I would recommend this trip ! The Mount Fuji view from this gorgeous park and shrine was worth every step! The foliage was magnificent! We all enjoyed the hot spring experience in Hakone as well!

We had a positive experience with Saim, who was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He guided us around My Fuji and shared interesting historical insights about the area. Overall, I would certainly recommend his services for anyone looking to enhance their visit.

We were 5 friends accompanied by Saim as our guide, we had a lovely day travelling around Mount Fuji, viewing both Forest, caves and a old village. Overall a really good experience, he picked us up and explained well during the tour. Saim gets 5 👍👍👍👍👍

Shehzad was a fantastic guide. In the morning we made a plan to do Hakone. We started with the suspension bridge which the kids loved including the petting shop on the far side. Before leaving the suspension bridge the wind and fog had closed the ferry and rope way in Hakone. He called ahead so knew we needed to pivot the day to Mt. Fuji which was a great call. We arrived on the other side of the mountain to full sunshine and beautiful views of the mountain. He knew all the great photo spots and was our own personal paparazzi. He took us to the best ice cream, a hidden gem in the hills, and then to ramen for lunch. It was a seamless day for six of us ranging in age from 8 to 72. Picked us up at the hotel and brought us back. Recommend 10/10 to book if you are looking for a day trip out of the Tokyo to see some of the natural beauty of Japan.

Saim touched base with us ahead of our tour, was right on time, was very accommodating and adjusted the plan according to what we most wanted to visit. He found us a lovely spot for lunch. He waited patiently for us as we visited different sites and the car was always cool when we arrived (a big plus on these very hot days!) We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tokyo. It is a great way to get out of the city and see the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Thank you for a perfect day, Saim!

The trip itinerary covered everything and we as a family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed it. It was super convenient and our guide/driver Mr Ali and was very helpful throughout giving us the right information and taking us to the right places. We had a very good view of Mt. fuji too. All in all it was a great experience and day very well spent in Japan
