This tour was one of our favorite things that we did in El Salvador. So full of history and culture! We loved learning about El Salvador's history and seeing the different towns. We would recommend having extra cash on you because a lot of the vendors take cash only. Our guides were Walter (driver) and Wendy (tour guide), and we loved both of them! My wife is Salvadoran but hadn't visited El Salvador in a very long time, and she was craving for a dessert/treat that she couldn't find during our trip so far. She asked Walter where she can buy some so he went looking for it while we were touring a town. He found it, bought some for us and surprised us when we were about to head to the next town. Walter and Wendy were so kind, welcoming, and caring. We loved how knowledgeable they were about the culture and history whenever we asked questions and when we passed by certain places. They took us to places with stunning views so we can take pictures. We loved hearing their stories and how much pride and love they have for El Salvador and how they love to share that with visitors. 10 out of 10 would recommend this tour.
