In Little Italy, visit Jean-Talon Market, one of the largest farmers markets in North America. Drive on the Jacques Cartier bridge to the site of the unforgettable expo 67 site on St. Helen’s Island and marvel at a view of the city Skyline. Halt in Old Montreal for a Lunch/Shopping break then a short walk starting in front of the prestigious Notre-Dame Basilica. Visit the famous St. Joseph’s Oratory, Mount Royal and enjoy scenic views.

COVID-19 prevention measures: Wearing a face mask is highly recommended in the vehicle and in closed spaces during visits, but not obligatory. Wearing gloves is highly recommended inside the vehicle. Our guides/drivers who have tested for COVID19 and are positive, or have been in contact with a confirmed case will not be allowed to do any tours. Some activities/visits might not be doable due to 3rd party temporary closure.

In case of special events or roads closure tour/attractions could be modified without prior notice.

No luggage or bags in general can be left on our unattended vehicles during visits or lunch break. Anything, you bring on with you must by curried on while not on the vehicle.

This experience includes several attractions. Guests will be getting on and off the van frequently. It is not suitable for persons with limited mobility.

While children and special need individuals are welcomed on our tour. In case of any disturbance that make other guests uncomfortable, interfere with guides' commentary or rise a security concern, participants may be asked to leave the tour. No refund will be granted.

Too long and not enough stops

The guide Fran was very knowledgeable about Montreal history but overall the experience was just too long and not as enjoyable as I would have expected. The van was falling apart inside with duct tape all over the floors. No water was provided in the van at all for guests and some of the driving portions were over 2 hours long up and down the same streets. We picked up an additional person after lunch and some of the same facts and places were revisited . The Notre Dame Bascilica is not included in the tour even though it mentions it in the description. So my husband bought us tickets and we rushed through it on our hour lunch break which was not enough time to explore old Montreal especially in the snow which makes walking more challenging. I am not sure what my money paid for considering all we got was a bagel, some free syrups at the market and entrance to st Joseph’s. Too pricey for just driving around in my opinion. A lot of cool places were mentioned but not enough stops to keep us engaged.

This is a great way to get all of Montreal in and go on to more on your own. You actually see the geography of the whole city with a rich history narration. Harald was wonderful. Knowledgeable and intelligent. It was an enjoyable day.

This was a fantastic tour! Martaan was informative and humorous at the same time. Experiencing Montreal bagels is a must. It was so interesting to hear the history of each of the neighborhoods as we drove through. This was my first time booking tours on my own and I would definitely use Viator in the future.

Harald, our tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, funny. We were picked up at our hotel, got to taste delicious bagel with cream cheese, and samples of maple syrup. We enjoyed this tour.
